Worry is a
form of negative prayer.
True prayer is
sending blessings to another in the form of
positive energy, thoughts, emotions or
intentions.
Since worry is
based in fear, when you worry about
someone, you are inadvertently
sending negative energy.
Worry doesn’t
help, it hurts.
Worry hurts all
parties involved.
What are the
pictures you create in your mind when you
worry?
Chances are, when
you worry,
you see the other person
in a negative situation, circumstance or
condition.
These internal,
negative pictures
intensify the state of fear
you are already experiencing.
This causes you
to go deeper into the “fight-or-flight”
response, which is a state of panic.
How can this help
you solve whatever condition or situation you
are worrying about to begin with?
Worry only makes
the situation, and you, worse.
Change negative
prayer into positive prayer by seeing the
situations or people at their absolute
best.
See the people
you are concerned about smiling,
happy, healthy, calm, prosperous,
successful and peaceful.
This is true
prayer.
This form of
prayer helps all concerned.
Whenever you
catch yourself in negative prayer, stop and
turn it around so that you become a helper and
not a hindrance.
