It's
actually easier to live a disciplined
life.
Discipline is
really a matter of
implementing positive habits.
Many people's
lives are miserable because they are
stuck in negative habits.
Look at a
negative habit as anything that
causes distress in your life.
Are your negative
habits helping you to
achieve your ideal self?
Whatever habits
you have that keep you from manifesting your
ideal self are really opportunities for you to
change.
The interesting
thing about habits is that it is actually
easier to have a positive habit than a negative
habit.
A disciplined
life is simply a life
filled with positive habits.
Once you change a
negative behavior into a positive behavior, and
it becomes habitual,
you don't have to think about it
anymore.
It becomes
automatic.
You automatically
make the "right" choice.
Automatically
making the right choice
frees up your energy
so you can be more creative,
loving and productive.
You have more
energy because your bad habits are
no longer zapping your strength.
Discipline leads
to freedom.
You are going to
have habits anyway.
You might as well
have habits that
serve your highest
good.
